Is the fare charged per passenger or per vehicle?
Published starting fares are per private vehicle, not per passenger, subject to the confirmed capacity and route conditions.
Is the city-to-city transfer private?
Yes. The standard service reserves the confirmed vehicle for the passengers included in your booking and is not shared with unrelated travellers.
Which vehicle should I choose for my family?
Send all adults, children, suitcases, cabin bags, strollers and mobility items. The booking team can recommend a sedan, family van, SUV, HiAce or group vehicle.
How much luggage can I bring?
Capacity depends on bag sizes and the assigned configuration. Large luggage can reduce usable seats, so every item must be declared before booking.
Can the driver collect us from our hotel?
Hotel pickup and drop-off can be arranged at confirmed accessible locations. Send the hotel name, entrance instructions and live location.
Can we request prayer or refreshment stops?
A short stop can be requested before booking. Confirm its location, waiting allowance and any extra charge in writing.
Do you provide Miqat stops for Umrah passengers?
A relevant Miqat stop can be requested where applicable. State your route and requirement, then confirm the stop, waiting time and price. Transport staff do not provide religious rulings.
