Primary Cities

Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah are the principal service areas. Taif, Riyadh, Dammam and other routes require an individual availability check.

Group Manifest and Booking Process

Share itinerary details after initial agency verification. Do not upload or send passport scans, visas, medical records or unnecessary identity documents through this public form or an open spreadsheet.

The group plan should normally include only necessary operational data: pickup block, flight, hotel, passenger count, luggage, mobility needs and tour-leader contact. A secure sharing method and access list must be agreed before detailed manifests are exchanged.

Airport Access and Regulatory Coordination

Airport meeting points, signage and vehicle entry depend on terminal rules and authorization. No inside-terminal welcome desk, unrestricted branded signage, zero waiting or specific pickup position is guaranteed.

Agency coordinators should plan for immigration, baggage collection, group assembly, traffic, seasonal controls and Tafweej or other applicable processes managed by the relevant authorities.

Service Support and Escalation

The operational contact, working hours, escalation channel and group communication method are confirmed per booking. Priority dispatch, account management, tracking and replacement arrangements apply only when expressly included.

For an incident, the tour leader should provide the booking reference, route, current location and concise issue. Safety emergencies should also be reported to the appropriate Saudi emergency service.

Data Protection for Agency and Pilgrim Information

Inquiry details are used to evaluate and respond to the partnership request. Share the minimum necessary information and ensure your agency has a lawful basis to provide any pilgrim data.

Before exchanging a detailed manifest, agree its purpose, fields, access, retention and deletion. Review our Privacy Policy and do not send sensitive documents in WhatsApp unless a suitable protected process is agreed.

B2B transport answers

Frequently Asked Questions

How can a travel agency become a transport partner?

Submit the agency inquiry with your company, country, contact and expected itinerary. A partnership is active only after verification, commercial terms and the first booking are confirmed in writing.

Which agency documents are required?

Requirements depend on the agency country and proposed work. We may request business registration, agency licence where applicable, authorized contact identification and billing information through an agreed secure channel.

Do you provide wholesale or net transport rates?

Approved agencies may request a private route and vehicle rate sheet. Rates, deposits, validity dates, taxes and permitted agency markup are confirmed privately.

Is there a minimum number of pilgrims?

There is no public universal minimum. Eligibility and vehicle planning depend on route, date, group size, expected volume and availability.

Can we arrange one complete arrival-to-departure itinerary?

Yes. A proposal may combine airports, hotels, intercity routes, train stations and Ziyarat transportation when every service is listed and confirmed.

Which Saudi cities and airports do you cover?

Primary planning covers Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah. Riyadh, Dammam, Taif and other routes remain subject to an individual operational check.

When are driver and vehicle details provided?

The confirmation states the expected release window. Driver and plate details are normally shared when assignment is complete and may change for operational reasons.

Can you manage multiple flights for one group?

Multiple arrivals can be planned as separate pickup blocks. Send flight, terminal, passenger and luggage breakdowns without passport copies in the first inquiry.

How are flight delays handled?

Actual pickup depends on flight arrival, immigration, baggage collection and airport access. Delay monitoring, included waiting and additional charges are agreed per booking.

Do you provide airport meet-and-greet service?

A permitted meeting point or signage request can be evaluated by airport and terminal. Inside-terminal desks or unrestricted greeting access are not guaranteed.

Can you provide buses and coaches for large groups?

Group vehicles can be requested. Coach size, operator, luggage bay, permits and availability must be confirmed for the specific date and route.

Are Ziyarat guides included or separately arranged?

Transport drivers are not religious guides. Any qualified guide requirement is a separate request subject to verification, availability and written pricing.

Can the agency use its own branding?

Signage or branding may be requested but depends on venue permission, vehicle rules, lead time and cost. It is included only when confirmed in writing.

Which payment methods and currencies are accepted?

The quotation states the invoice currency, accepted payment method, deposit and payment deadline. Credit terms are not automatic.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellation, no-show and refund terms are provided with the quotation and depend on dispatch, vehicle commitment, route and travel period.

How is pilgrim manifest data protected?

Do not send passports or sensitive pilgrim documents in the public inquiry. After agency verification, agree the minimum required fields, secure sharing method, access and deletion process.

Do you provide emergency dispatch support?

Each confirmed group receives the applicable operational contact and escalation method. Coverage and response expectations are stated in the booking plan.

Can agencies receive invoices and booking statements?

Eligible approved agencies can request invoices or booking summaries under the payment and company details agreed during onboarding.
