Frequently Asked Questions About Umrah Taxi Packages
Are these complete Umrah packages?
No. These are private transportation packages for the journeys listed in each plan. Hotels, flights, visas, meals and religious-guidance services are not included unless a written quotation specifically states otherwise.
Is the package price per person or per vehicle?
The displayed standard-date package price is per private vehicle, not per passenger. Passenger and luggage totals must fit the confirmed vehicle.
Which transfers are included?
Each displayed plan includes three journeys: Jeddah Airport to a Makkah hotel, a Makkah hotel to a Madinah hotel, and a Madinah hotel to Madinah Airport.
Is hotel accommodation included?
No. Hotel accommodation is not included. The words hotel pickup and hotel drop-off describe transport locations only.
Is the vehicle available continuously throughout my stay?
No. The package covers only its listed journeys. Continuous daily driver or vehicle availability must be quoted separately.
Can I customize an Umrah transport package?
Yes. You can add Ziyarat journeys, Miqat stops, train-station transfers, another airport transfer or a different vehicle. Every addition must appear in the written quotation.
Which vehicle is suitable for a family with luggage?
Suitability depends on passengers and every suitcase, stroller, wheelchair and mobility aid. Send the complete count before the vehicle is confirmed.
Do prices change during Ramadan or Hajj?
Seasonal rates may apply during Ramadan, Hajj, Eid, school holidays and other high-demand dates. Confirm the final price for your travel dates.
Are airport fees, tolls and waiting included?
The written quotation will state whether airport parking or exit fees, tolls and waiting time are included. Do not assume an unlisted item is included.
Is a deposit required?
Deposit requirements, payment timing and cancellation terms depend on the confirmed booking. Review them in writing before making payment.
