In short: we use your information to answer enquiries, arrange transport and operate this website. We do not sell your personal information.

1. Introduction

Umrah Ziyarat Service respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal data when you use our website, request a quote, make a booking, contact us through WhatsApp or subscribe to updates.

2. Who we are

3. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to this website, booking and enquiry forms, direct telephone and email contact, WhatsApp conversations, newsletter subscriptions and personal data used to arrange our transport services. It does not control independent third-party websites or applications.

4. Personal data we collect

We collect only information relevant to the interaction or requested journey, which may include:

  • Your name, phone or WhatsApp number and email address.
  • Pickup and drop-off locations, hotel information, travel date and time, flight number and arrival details.
  • Passenger count, luggage details, vehicle preference and information needed to assist passengers.
  • Messages, special instructions and other information you choose to provide.
  • Newsletter subscription status and related consent records.
  • Transaction or payment-status information if a payment method is made available; we do not ask you to enter full payment-card details in ordinary message fields.
  • IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, cookie identifiers and approximate location when made available by the website technology in use.

Please do not send passport copies, payment-card details or other sensitive information through an open message field unless we specifically provide a secure method and explain why it is required.

5. How we collect personal data

We collect personal data directly when you submit a form, subscribe, email, call or message us. A person booking for a group may provide limited information about other passengers and must be authorized to do so. We may also receive information from an assigned driver or transport partner concerning a booking, and technical data may be collected automatically through server logs, cookies and similar website technologies.

6. Purposes and legal bases

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we process personal data on one or more of these bases:

  • Requested steps and contract: to quote, arrange, confirm and perform a taxi service you requested.
  • Consent: for optional newsletters, direct marketing and non-essential cookies where consent is required.
  • Legal obligations: to maintain records or respond to competent authorities where the law requires it.
  • Legitimate interests: where permitted, to secure and improve our services, prevent misuse, answer customers and manage disputes, after considering the effect on individual rights.

7. Taxi booking and passenger information

We use journey and passenger information to prepare a quote, select an appropriate vehicle, coordinate pickup, identify the correct flight or hotel, communicate changes and provide support. Information about a passenger should be limited to what is necessary for safe and suitable transport.

8. WhatsApp communications

When you communicate with us through WhatsApp, Meta and WhatsApp may process your telephone number, profile information, message metadata and communications under their own privacy terms. We use the conversation to answer your enquiry and manage your booking. Relevant journey details may be sent to the assigned driver. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information through WhatsApp.

9. Newsletter and marketing

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send Umrah transport updates, offers and travel information. Subscription is optional and is not preselected during booking. You may withdraw consent at any time by using an unsubscribe link where provided or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

10. Cookies and analytics

We may use essential cookies for security, session management and normal website operation; preference cookies to remember choices; analytics technologies to understand performance; and third-party content or communication tools. Advertising cookies are used only if such tools are installed and permitted by the relevant consent settings.

Where required, non-essential analytics or advertising tools should remain inactive until consent is given. You can use available consent controls or browser settings to reject or delete cookies, although blocking essential cookies may affect website functions.

11. How we disclose personal data

We do not sell or rent personal data. For a defined and lawful purpose, we may disclose the minimum information necessary to assigned drivers, transport partners, website hosting and communication providers, newsletter or analytics providers, professional advisers, payment providers where applicable, and competent authorities when legally required. Recipients may process information under contractual duties or their own applicable privacy terms.

12. Drivers and transport partners

An assigned driver or transport partner may receive your name, contact number, pickup and destination, journey time, passenger or luggage requirements and necessary instructions. They should use this information only to coordinate and provide the requested journey, meet legal obligations and handle legitimate service issues.

13. International data transfers

Some communication, hosting, analytics, email or other service providers may process personal data outside Saudi Arabia. Where an international transfer occurs, we apply the requirements and appropriate safeguards required by applicable Saudi data-protection law.

14. Data retention and destruction

We retain booking and communication records only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, handle enquiries, resolve disputes and comply with applicable legal, accounting and regulatory obligations. Uncompleted enquiries and support messages are periodically reviewed and removed when no longer needed. Booking records may be kept for the legally required business and accounting period.

Newsletter information is retained until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent or the subscription is otherwise removed. Technical and analytics data is retained according to the configured retention period of the relevant tool. Information no longer required is securely deleted, destroyed or anonymized, unless lawful retention is required.

15. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure. However, no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

16. Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law and any valid exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • Be informed about how your personal data is processed.
  • Access your personal data and receive a clear, readable copy.
  • Correct, complete or update inaccurate information.
  • Request destruction of personal data that is no longer required.
  • Withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
